i’ve had a not too bad start. yesterday i actually woke up early and did the yoga and ab 10 minute workout. i also made myself a shake before going to help my sister move into her new house.
this morning took a bit of an unexpected toll as i spent most of the day in bed due to cramps. sometimes being a woman sucks, particularly when your cramps are so bad they make you cry. so unfortunately i did not work out today. but i maintained to making my shakes - two of them today actually. and have decided to start counting calories and trying really hard to eating healthier.
so, it’s been a decent start, but hey, its a start.
tomorrow i think i’m going to make a big step and take “before” photos and measurements.

May 1st.
Tomorrow is the day which I have vowed begins the summer of change for me. Tomorrow is the day which I will begin working out and eating better. It begins the initial four months into the beginning of a healthier lifestyle that I’ve lost over the past couple of years.
Tomorrow will be the day of new beginnings and new challenges accepted. I will not quit this time. I will stick with it and regain a fit body. I will try new things and not give up when the going gets hard. I will work my ass off to make my goals, and I will not quit when I don’t see results after a week. I will push myself and not be afraid to sweat. I will fall in love with working out. I will once again be able to feel strong and confident in my skin. I will love myself - my new, fit self.
Tomorrow. May 1st. It begins.
