&lt;p&gt;this morning took a bit of an unexpected toll as i spent most of the day in bed due to cramps. sometimes being a woman sucks, particularly when your cramps are so bad they make you cry. so unfortunately i did not work out today. but i maintained to making my shakes - two of them today actually. and have decided to start counting calories and trying really hard to eating healthier. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;so, it&amp;#8217;s been a decent start, but hey, its a start.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Tomorrow is the day which I have vowed begins the summer of change for me. Tomorrow is the day which I will begin working out and eating better. It begins the initial four months into the beginning of a healthier lifestyle that I&amp;#8217;ve lost over the past couple of years. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tomorrow will be the day of new beginnings and new challenges accepted. I will not quit this time. I will stick with it and regain a fit body. I will try new things and not give up when the going gets hard. I will work my ass off to make my goals, and I will not quit when I don&amp;#8217;t see results after a week. I will push myself and not be afraid to sweat. I will fall in love with working out. I will once again be able to feel strong and confident in my skin. I will love myself - my new, fit self.&lt;/p&gt;
